Temporary Protection Orders
Assistance with filing and submitting temporary and extended orders of protection for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Advocates will walk through the application process and provide support through completion and submission.
Application Assistance
While FSC does not employ lawyers on staff, we do provide emotional support and guidance in completing applications for various entities including Victims of Crime Program applications and Divorce & Custody applications.
Court Advocacy
The legal system can often times be confusing and overwhelming. We’re here to help by providing advocacy and emotional support during protection order, sentencing, divorce, and custody hearings.
