Abbey’s Crossing is a confidential domestic violence shelter located in Douglas County. It can house up to 13 women and children for 90 days.
Life Skills
Crisis intervention, therapeutic support, parenting classes, and resources to promote healing and empowerment.
Goal Planning
Moving forward isn’t always easy, but we can do hard things. We offer weekly goal setting meetings to support and encourage self sufficiency.
Transportation
In an effort to help increase independence and stability, we provide support through job searches, housing applications, and medical appointments.
To continue providing safety, comfort, and security to the families that pass through our shelter, we need supplies, volunteers, and funding.
